After our morning swim in our gite, we took our time to pack our bags, ate some breakfast, and headed off to our home town.
We stopped at Fruges for a sanitary stop and decided to visit La Coupole, the launching station for V1 and V2 rockets, the germans nearly used against the allies.
Next stop was Bergues, which is famous for the Chti, te get our first real pack of frites, like we are used to in Belgium.
Stopping at the Ysertower, we could smell our homes, and headed off to Marie Jeanne in Jabbeke, for our last pint as Pelgrims.
To surprise our friend Arne, we drove directly to his party, without going home. Drank the whole night and happy to get home after 2 weeks.
